Christingle Service
Today the children worked together as a whole school to organise our Christingle service for our Church. Christingle is named after the Christingles that are lit during a celebratory festive church service. Older children paired up with younger children to make their Christingles, made from an orange decorated with red tapes, sweets and a candle. The children read prayers, readings and collected donations for the children’s society. It was a beautiful service and the perfect way to end our term.
