Tilstock retains Youth Sport Trust’s Silver Quality Mark!
We are thrilled to announce that our school has proudly retained the Youth Sport Trust‘s Silver Quality Mark! This prestigious award is a testament to our commitment to providing exceptional Physical Education, promoting physical activity and fostering a love for school sports.
Aligned with Ofsted guidance and designed to support the PE and Sport Premium, the Silver Quality Mark comprises a series of benchmarking statements. Our school’s level of provision was judged across key areas, including:
- Overall vision for PE, physical activity, and school sport.
- Quality of PE.
- Quality of school sport.
- Quality of physical activity.
- Use of PE, physical activity, and sport as a catalyst for wider learning.
We are immensely proud of the progress we have made in enhancing the provision of PE at our school. But, we won’t stop here! Our sights are set on the next milestone – the coveted Gold Quality Mark!
