Tilstock pupils create commemorative mural with help from local artist
We recently welcomed local artist Sarah Evans from Silk’n’stuff to create a whole school mural with our children to commemorate the new King.
The mural was created from the pupil’s designs and painted onto silk. The children really enjoyed working with Sarah, who is such a dedicated and passionate artist. She has such a breadth of knowledge and her creativity inspired the children. Our Chair of Governors, Bob Thompson, also enjoyed getting involved too! This special piece of artwork has been created by every child in our school, and the finished piece is now hung in our school library.
We love it! Thank you so much Sarah!
